Our goal setting workshop highlights the importance of setting goals
to ensure you achieve your objectives and investigates how various
goal setting models can be applied to the process.
These workshops have been presented, amongst others, to groups
of unemployed people over the age of 50 in order to help them create
new ways of thinking regarding themselves and their options, generate
new objectives and develop action plans to achieve them.
By participating in this workshop you will:

- Learn about the GROW model, some variations: TGROW; IGROW;
IGROWN and how to apply these to your objectives
- Learn about the power of setting SMART goals
- Understand how to link GROW and SMART to ensure you achieve
your objectives
- Understand the power of visualising as a motivator to achievement
- Learn about the reflective thought process and how to use this
to boost your learning
- Develop a personal development plan PDP to guide your development
